Our union, the FSU, will soon begin negotiations for our pay and conditions at People First Bank. These negotiations will form our new Enterprise Agreement (EA), which sets out our wages and yearly pay increases over the next few years, as well as important working conditions like leave entitlements, shift penalties, flexible work arrangements, consultation obligations and much more.
